NurtureNest by FuturePace Media, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate educational resources for those on their fertility journey. Due to the digital nature of our content, this Refund Policy outlines the specific terms under which refunds are considered.

By enrolling in the NurtureNest program or any of its related offerings, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. General Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and full access to our proprietary curriculum, all NurtureNest sales are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • The NurtureNest 12-module digital programme

  • Downloadable handouts, templates, or wellness guides

  • On-demand videos and audio content

  • Instant-access masterclasses or webinars

  • Community forum or group access, if provided

  1. Consulting & 1:1 Sessions

If your programme package includes live consulting, coaching, or wellness sessions:

  • You may reschedule a booked session with 48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • Unused sessions may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis, with applicable administrative fees deducted.

  1. Subscriptions or Membership Add-Ons

If you subscribe to an additional NurtureNest support product (e.g., monthly accountability calls or bonus coaching group):

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • No retroactive refunds will be given for previous billing periods.

  • Access continues through the remainder of the current paid term.

  1. Duplicate Payments or Errors

If you believe you’ve been billed in error:

  • Include your full name, email address, transaction receipt, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded in full.

  • Report suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate financial institution
